NCF Farms Inc. presents Asher, a grey, registered American Trakehner
and approved Canadian Sport Horse Stallion. He passed his CSHA stallion
inspection with a score of 79%. At the inspection the judge commentator used
Asher as a "top example" of a stallion with a very attractive face, and a
large kind eye. He also scored high marks on his movement, and was noted as
a stallion with "good substance".

He is by Heinzelmann, out of Alouette, by Tannenberg.

Asher is the son of Heinzelmann, also known as "Storyteller". Storyteller
is currently competing in the Amateur Owner Hunter division, in the U.S.,
and having tremendous success. He is ranked #1 in the NATION in the Amateur
Owner division in the AHSA National standings. Heinzelmann is the son of
Bukephalos, who has also demonstrated his strong abilities as a performance
horse. He competed as an International Three-Day Event horse, qualifying
for the European Championships in Europe. Bukephalos is the sire of Lady
Buke, Lt. Governor General and Governor General Cup Winner in 1996, at the
Royal Winter Fair.

Asher's dam, Alouette, is the daughter of Tannenberg, known for his
excellent temperament, and her dam is the legendary mare, Abiza *E* an
American Trakehner "Honour Role" mare. Alouette is
the dam of the approved bronze premium stallion Apache, who is currently
competing at the 4th level dressage, winning at Saratoga, Devon and the
Washington International Horse Show. Abiza was noted by one French
newspaper as "the most influential mare ever in the
Trakehner breed". Among her offspring are such horses as; Abdullah, 1984
Olympic Team Gold and Individual Silver Medallist; Adrian who competed for
National Honors in the U.S. as Medium III Level Dressage, and then went on
the Open Jumper Division with USET rider Chris Kappler; Ameigo, individual
Bronze Medallist at the 1987 Pan American games; Aida, a Grand Prix Jumper
mare ridden by Jim Elder; and Anton who qualified for the 1992 Olympic games
in Barcelona.

Asher is a modern day stallion that possesses the refinement and athleticism
that makes him an ideal type for most mares, especially for those who need
improvement on movement, conformation and temperament. He comes from a long
line of Trakehner breeding that boosts floating movement and top jumping
form. His gentle and quiet temperament is an equally important attribute.
Asher has already begun his show career with great success, receiving
several Canadian Sport Horse and American Trakehner awards since he started
showing as a weanling. He is the recipient of the prestigious Governor
General Cup and Lieutenant General Cup, at the Royal Winter Fair, 2001. At
the Royal he also won the CSHA under saddle "Medal Class", his 3 year old
CSHA colt/gelding class, was Senior Champion and CSHA Show Grand Champion.

His other awards include the CSHA 2001 Ontario Overall 3 yr. old
Colt/Gelding Champion, and the 2001 American Trakehner 3 yr. old "Horse of
the Year" Reserve Champion. He has been highly successful in the breed/line
classes he has shown in, which are primarily judged 50% on movement and 50%
on conformation/type.

Most recently he was awarded CSHA 2002 Ontario Overall Reserve Champion
Stallion for the year.

Under saddle Asher has been very willing to move forward with a natural
balance. He learns quickly and is very intelligent. He has excellent hunter
form over fences, much like his father Heinzelmann. He is currently being
ridden under saddle and will soon further his career as a hunter, and then
in the dressage ring. Asher's top breeding lines are definitely indicative
to fine jumping lines that lend themselves to an International and Olympic

He is currently being ridden and will show in the Baby Green Hunter Division
on the "A" circuit this spring.
